  • No. I work with everyone from first time competitors to experienced athletes. Sessions are tailored to your level, category, and federation so you always know exactly what to work on.

  • You are not just learning poses. You are learning how to present your physique properly on stage.

    I bring a rare combination of experience that most posing coaches simply do not have. I am a natural professional athlete with over 15 years in the sport, a federation president, and an international judge. That means I understand posing from every angle, how it feels as an athlete, how it is assessed by judges, and how it fits within federation standards.

    Every session is individual. I do not use generic posing templates or copy and paste routines. I analyse your physique, structure, category, and federation requirements to create posing that actually works for you.

    I am known for detail. Small changes in posture, timing, transitions, and flow are often the difference between blending in and standing out. I focus on those details so you step on stage confident and in control.

    Whether you are a first time competitor or an experienced athlete, my goal is the same. To make sure you walk on stage prepared, polished, and presenting the strongest version of your physique.

  • Yes. I coach athletes across all classes and federations, including bikini, figure, bodybuilding, classic physique and men’s physique. Posing and presentation are always tailored to the specific rules and judging criteria of your federation.

  • Online sessions are delivered via Zoom. After your session, you will receive a video recording with clear practice points so you can continue refining your posing between sessions.

  • All sessions are non refundable once booked. However, sessions may be transferred to another athlete if you are unable to attend. Any payment arrangements between you and the person taking your session are your responsibility.

  • To get the most from your online session, setup matters.

    • Use Zoom on a laptop or tablet rather than a phone if possible

    • Position the camera so your full body is visible head to toe

    • Place the camera at waist to chest height, not on the floor

    • Ensure good lighting facing you, not behind you

    • Wear posing attire appropriate to your class

    • Have enough space to walk, turn, and transition comfortably

    After your session, you will receive a recording with clear practice points so you can continue working on your posing between sessions.

  • Please arrive ready to pose. This allows us to use the session time properly.

    Hair and makeup do not need to be show ready, but please wear clothing that allows full visibility of your physique.
